— Herring oil is sourced from wild-caught North Atlantic Herring (Clupea harengus), captured by Norwegian and Icelandic vessels.
Processing
— The production process is fully closed and digitally controlled.
— The oil is extracted via centrifugation at temperatures below 100°C.
— No additives are used in the processing, but 0.5–1.0 mg/g of mixed tocopherols are added.
— The refinery adheres to the HACCP system and complies with The Food Hygiene Regulations.

— The herring oil is MSC certified (Marine Stewardship Council – ensuring sustainability and environmental responsibility).
